I am sorry but due to the nature of my handmade jewelry business, all sales are final. I cannot accept any returns (only if your item has been damaged during shipment) refunds, exchanges or credit. If you have any questions with your purchase please email me at contact@lanisoriginals.com

Custom Orders

Please contact me by email, letting me know which pair of earrings with the product number, you would like me to make with a different color(s) or stones. Let me know before purchasing item(s) by email, if I have the color in stock. The best way would be to send me a sample of the color that you would like for me to match.

Repairs

Please contact me with your repair questions within seven days of receiving your product, if it has been damaged.

Shipping

Please allow three to five business days for me to fill your order. I hand make each piece individually and carefully inspect each item before shipping. I use USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail with a flat fee of $6.00 for shipping and handling. I will email you when your order ships with a tracking number.

Packaging

I ship all jewelry items in a zip lock plastic bag (prevents jewelry from tarnishing), within a gift box, with a cotton insert, within a bubble wrapped bag to prevent any damage to your item(s).

Jewelry Materials and Care/Cleaning

All my jewelry is handmade individually by me. When designing my jewelry I use the highest quality materials, such as such as Swarovski crystals, semi-precious stones, sterling silver, 14K gold fill and vermeil (24k gold over silver). Each product lists the materials used so you'll always know exactly what you're getting. Because each piece of jewelry is hand-made, there may be minor variations between the pictures and the actual product.
I recommend keeping your jewelry in the bag that it comes in, to prevent jewelry from tarnishing or a special tarnish resistant jewelry box. Use a jewelry polishing cloth to bring back luster. Do not clean your gemstones or pearls in liquid jewelry cleaner or expose to any chemicals.
